Helping busy L&D departments
Being a Learning and Development Manager in any medium or large organisation these days means just one thing:
You are BUSY!
Busy defining your organisations L&D strategy. Busy engaging with key stakeholders. Busy keeping up to date with the latest in L&D thinking and government initiatives. Busy balancing your (ever decreasing) budget. Busy designing programmes and delivering interactive workshops. Busy keeping your training records up to date and organising mandatory training. The list goes on!
And the chances are you are doing this with a very small team, or even on your own.
You could bring in external suppliers to help you out, but you want to retain control. You KNOW what you want to do and you are more than capable of doing it. You just need an extra pair of hands.
And that’s where we come in.
Hi! I’m Sheridan Webb and I own Keystone Development and Training Ltd. Let me explain what I do, and how I (and my small team of associates) could help you.
Keystone Development and Training Ltd specialises in supporting busy L&D managers to help them to create bespoke training development programmes and workshops and ultimately, keep everything in house.
We don’t have a certified programme to sell, a psychometric tool that will solve all your problems, or anything like that. We have two ears to listen to what you want, a mouth to make a few suggestions and two sleeves to roll up, a brain and lots of experience to help you to create the programmes that YOU want, the way you want them.
In short…you’re the boss!
