About the Team
Keystone Development is based in the North West UK, between Manchester and Liverpool. It is owned and managed by Sheridan Webb, who is also the main consultant. She specialises in training consultancy and design, and has over 20 years experience of delivering and designing training, is also a qualified coach, Action Learning facilitator and NLP business practitioner too. She is also qualified to use the Strengthscope™ profiling tool which is a great tool for tailoring personal, leadership and team development. Most of Sheridan’s experience has been gained working with managers and front-line staff in retail, manufacturing, utilities and financial services. She is passionate about giving people the tools and skills they need to job their jobs to the best of their ability, and takes a practical approach to every situation.
Sheridan is supported by a network of experienced associates allowing Keystone Development to offer a full range of training services.
Claire Tranter is a highly versatile trainer, who is skilled at both design and delivery of training programmes. She has 15 years experience as a Learning and Development Consultant, mainly working in the transport industry, food retail and manufacturing sectors with team leaders and people managers. She brings enthusiasm, creativity and organisational skills to a project and her areas of expertise are team building, people effectiveness and management development. Claire is also our psychometric profiling expert being qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, Insights Discovery®, Life Styles Inventory®, Social Styles®
Laura Wheatly is very experienced and has worked in a range of L&D and HR roles in manufacturing and B2B companies as well as working for public sector organisations. Very experienced at delivering training for first line managers, her niche is in the delivery of TWI programmes, which are perfect for training supervisors in process-heavy roles to deliver on-the-job training to their staff. She is also qualified in the use of the Strength Deployment Inventory ®
Simon Jones is our HR expert. He runs his own HR consultancy and supports us in specialist HR projects. Not just an expert in his field, he is an experienced trainer who runs workshops for the CIPD as part of their qualification programmes.
Jodi Adams is an L&D consultant with experience in HR. Having worked in the retail, entertainment and pharmaceutical sectors, she is used to working at pace whilst balancing creativity and attention to detail. Full of energy, Jodi generates real enthusiasm for learning which directly impacts on her results.
Pauline Doyle is a person-centred facilitator and her expertise lies away from traditional training. Pauline has over 20 years experience of working with organisations to define, plan and gain commitment to change by facilitating groups using a range of specific ‘Tools for Change’. She is also a highly experienced Action Learning facilitator and coach.
Siobhan Arbuthnott has over 20 years experience in L&D consultancy, gained in a range of commercial environments. She has been involved in everything from competency design, training delivery, talent development as well as supporting senior leader development. A real ‘all-rounder’.
Julie Geens has a wealth of experience in L&D. From designing and delivering graduate programmes, assessment centres and change management initiatives, to providing workshop facilitation and one-to-one coaching. She is also qualified to use a range of psychometric profiling tools. Hard working, intelligent and detail conscious, Julie can be relied upon to deliver top quality solutions.
