You may be struggling to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders or you may simply be under-resourced.
In these situations, outsourcing design or a specific project may not be necessary (or possible), but having a fresh pair of eyes, an external perspective OR an experienced person to take some of the pressure off may be extremely valuable. This may be in the form of doing an audit, conducting a training needs analysis, writing you a report based on research you’ve already done, scoping out different options or helping you to plan and prioritise your training plan.
