Course Evaluation Form
We all know that evaluating training needs to go a lot further that the course evaluation form, but it remains popular as a way of getting instant feedback. Used well, it can help you to follow up with more specific questions and detailed evaluation. You can take our standard form as a basis to create one for your own internal programmes.

Good Practice Podcast
Because of my poor connection and rather suspicious attitude to technology, I’ve been quite slow to join the podcast party. If it’s new to you too, and you don’t want to waste time, I recommend starting with these from Good Practice. They are aimed at experienced L&Ders and every week has a different theme. A great way to learn on your commute and Ross Garner’s and Owen Ferguson’s voices are such a joy to listen to.
