"Sheridan Webb of Keystone Development updated our Induction Programme, and we are delighted with the outcome. The programme is very comprehensive, highly practical, flexible, and utilises a wide range of learning methods. She respected our ideas, and added her own to create a solution that is creative, practical and ideal for our needs. I am more than happy to recommend Sheridan and Keystone Development to add value to the design of any learning programmes that are to be delivered internally"
