Imagine what you could do with an extra pair of hands… (not to mention the experience that comes with them!)

Sometimes, what you need isn’t specific – you just need someone to work with!

That may be getting help to create a strategy or re-energising and updating what you’ve already got. You may have a delivery or technical training background and need support as you develop into a more strategic role, or you may even be new to L&D having come from an operations background. You may be struggling to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders or you may simply be under-resourced.

In these situations, outsourcing design or a specific project may not be necessary (or possible), but having a fresh pair of eyes, an external perspective OR an experienced person to take some of the pressure off may be extremely valuable. This may be in the form of doing a review of your existing programmes, conducting a training needs analysis, writing you a report based on research you’ve already done, scoping out different options or helping you to plan and prioritise your training plan.

In these cases, we can collaborate with you and act as a ‘virtual colleague’. Whether you need someone to delegate to, someone to guide you, to give you a kick-start and a bit of inspiration, or regular one-to-one support, we can help.

Pick my Brain
Most consultants don’t like giving away ‘free’ consultancy, but I’m happy to do so! Learning goes both ways, so I gain as much value as you. If you are a busy L&D manager, get in touch to arrange a 60 minute chat about the challenges you are grappling with. OR, if you are in the North West UK, buy me a cup of tea and we’ll meet in person. Email me to set up a call or meeting.
