Whether you are looking for an induction programme, a bespoke management development programme or a suite of bite-size workshops that are unique to your business, we can design training to your brief. (Although we tend to steer away from technical or legal training!). We can create face-to-face or blended programmes (but not pure e-learning: that isn’t our thing).
Designing bespoke training is the core of our business, and we’ve designed programmes for many well-known organisations including Kellogg’s, Aldermore Bank, Costain, Johnson Cleaners and Monsoon Accessorize.
Here, we become a temporary extension of your team: You supply a point of contact who is very capable (but probably over-stretched) to act as our liaison, and we work with them to conduct a learning needs analysis (if it hasn’t already been done), research the needs, scope out the content, and create all the materials. When you are happy, we hand over ALL the materials to you in editable format, and then we quietly disappear, leaving the internal team to take all the credit.
